Unlike many suppliers bound by rigid MOQ requirements, we understand the challenges faced by businesses—especially those looking to expand their market presence or test new products. Since we collaborate directly with independent artisans, we have the flexibility to keep our MOQs as low as possible without compromising on competitive pricing.

We prioritize the well-being of our artisans by ensuring they receive consistent work, while at the same time helping our customers access affordable, handmade products with lower barriers to entry. For instance, if an item's MOQ is 50 pieces but a customer needs only 20, we’ll happily accept the order. In this scenario, we’ll produce the full 50 pieces, fulfill the customer’s order for 20 pieces, and stock the remaining 30 in our inventory. This ensures that both our customers and artisans benefit—our customers can place smaller orders, and our artisans continue to receive steady work. This win-win approach is one of the many ways we support the growth of both parties.

We've seen far too many instances where suppliers promise unrealistic delivery times, accept payment upfront, and then delay shipments—leaving customers with lost market opportunities and damaged reputations.

Before accepting any order, we take the time to fully understand our customer’s needs—whether it’s timelines, specific product details, or pricing. Only when we are confident that we can meet those expectations do we finalize a contract. This ensures that both parties are on the same page before we move forward.

We guarantee timely delivery, but in the rare event that we fail to fulfill our commitment, we offer a 100% refund of the payment, in the original payment mode, without any hassle. As a gesture of goodwill, we also send complimentary gift to our customers as an apology. Additionally, if the customer prefers to continue with the delayed order, we offer a 10% discount on the final invoice to acknowledge any inconvenience caused.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, whether due to a manufacturing defect or shipping mishap, we take full responsibility. You have the following options:

Exchange: Return the damaged item for a replacement. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of one-way shipping.
Refund: If you prefer not to exchange the item, we can offer a 50% refund or apply the amount as a credit towards your next order.

To facilitate a smooth resolution, please inspect your order within 72 hours of delivery and notify us of any issues within the same timeframe.
